These Terms & Conditions override any Terms & Conditions provided at the time of purchase as call out rates and other charges change will change and update

The Coffee Guy Services Limited trading as The Coffee Guy are suppliers of commercial equipment and services to commercial customers and all sales are considered a business to business contract. We will however, at our discretion offer an alternative replacement that we deem reasonable.

Warranties and Returns

All refurbished equipment carry a minimum 6 months labour only warranty with installation.

All new equipment carry a one-year parts only warranty and one year labour warranty with installation only.

A labour only warranty is provided on the condition the machine is run according to the engineer’s instructions.

 Warranty provided on the condition the machine is well maintained. 

Warranty does not cover expenses incurred during period of warranty. 

THE COFFEE GUY SERVICES LIMITED are suppliers of commercial equipment and services to commercial customers and all sales are considered a business to business contract and therefore we are not obligated to offer refunds or accept returns even if items are unused. We will however, at our discretion choose offer an alternative replacement that we deem reasonable.

Termination

The Coffee Guy Services Limited reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order where payment has not been received.

The Coffee Guy Services Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate performance of this Agreement where delivery or supply of the Goods and/or performance of this Agreement is affect by reasons out of The Coffee Guy’s reasonable control such as force majeure, act of God, adverse weather and government intervention, sanction or legislation.

The Coffee Guy Services Limited reserves the right to charge a daily rate of rental of 30 plus VAT per day for any loaned espresso coffee machine.

Liability

The Coffee Guy Services Limited cannot be held responsible in any circumstances for any direct or indirect, special or consequential loss or damage or any other claims for compensation whatsoever  incurred due to any equipment being supplied faulty, damaged, developing a fault or deliveries failing or being delayed.

It is the customers sole responsibility to be aware of all current legislation regarding coffee making equipment and its application and installation. The Coffee Guy Services Limited cannot be held responsible in any circumstances for any direct or indirect, special or consequential loss or damage or any other claims for compensation whatsoever  incurred that arise from failure by the customer to keep themselves up to date with current

The Coffee Guy Services Ltd reserves the right to charge an hourly labour rate of £45 over and above any quoted charges for installation, repair, service or boiler pressure check. Guideline times for work quoted as follows: installation in a shop 1.5 hours; installation in a mobile setup 3 hours; repair 1 hour; boiler pressure check 1 hour.

Payments

Bank transfer, cash or card payment is required prior to dispatch. Should any monies payable not clear prior to installation, delivery or completion of call-out, at the engineer’s discretion, this contract will be terminated, equipment returned to base and all deposit monies forfeited to cover expenses incurred.

A deposit is required to secure your equipment as well as installation date. Deposit monies are non-refundable and may be transferable at our discretion. Any deposit monies paid will be deducted from the balance due prior to dispatch.

All equipment and goods remain the property of espresSOS until such time as invoices are paid in full

Warranties and Returns

All refurbished equipment carry a 6 months labour only warranty with installation only. Any parts which may require replacing during the 6 month warranty period is not covered by the warranty and is payable by the customer

All new equipment carry a one-year parts only warranty and one year labour warranty with installation only.

A labour only warranty is provided on the condition the machine is run according to the engineer’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in call-out charges being made.
Warranty provided on the condition the machine is well maintained. Failure to do so will result in call-out charges being made.

Call out charges are £150 covering a 30 mile radius from S61 2PG, each mile thereafter is charged at £1.25 per mile. A discretionary travel charge of £25 per hour is also payable.

This covers the first hour of work and each hour thereafter is charged at £45 per hour.
Warranty does not cover expenses incurred during period of warranty.

Any outstanding monies would invalidate any warranty.

The Coffee Guy Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order where payment has not been received.

Supplementary T&C’s

Discount provided to reflect your loyalty to espressos and The Coffee Guy Services Ltd. The Coffee Guy Services Ltd may at anytime, it sees fit, require payment of the full invoice should the loyalty shown in the purchase of espresso beans cease. Discount offered is accrued during the year to reflect this loyalty, to be spent in the following year. The Coffee Guy Services Ltd reflect the discount immediately on the basis the loyalty remains in place. Should, at anytime, the discounts offered do not equal loyalty, full payment will be required.
